Application for Discipleship Bible School (DBS)

This is the application form for Discipleship Bible School in YWAM Helsinki. We’ll begin with your personal information and continue into questions about your faith and life, so that we can get to know you better. Filling the application should take about 30 minutes.

Before you start please make sure you have have followiwing information if possible:

• validity of your passport

• information of your DTS

  • YWAM base

  • DTS leader with her/his contact information if possible

• 2 reference's contact information

  • Your DTS leader, one-on-one, or most resent ministry leader in YWAM

  • Pastor or ministry leader at your church who would know you referably well
